The Heart of the Shin Buddhist Path Seminar with America’s most well-known Shin Teachers – sign up ends April 5th

Begin Living a Life of Awakening

We have 3 spots left.

Registration ends March 27th – April 5th & Starts April 10th

Take the opportunity to explore, learn, and practice the Buddhism of the heart with Dr. Gordon Bermant, one of America’s most well-known Shin teachers.

This unique 2 session seminar examines general Buddhist teachings and Shin Buddhism as a practical path of spiritual growth and self-transformation, challenging assessments of the tradition as a passive religion of mere faith. It presents the essential tenets of the Shin Buddhist path in a fresh, engaging, down-to-earth language, considering each frankly from historical, spiritual, and religious perspectives. It discloses a non-dual Pure Land that finds philosophical kinship with Zen but has been little discussed in the West.

Furthermore, the seminar will explore the Tannisho, the sayings of the founder of the Shin tradition, Shinran Shonin, using a new contemporary edition that brings to life the heart of this extraordinary path that is open to anyone, at any time.

It does not matter if you are new to Buddhism or a practicing Buddhist, everyone will gain a deeper appreciation and understanding to a teaching of wisdom and compassion, and the boundless light of Amida Buddha.
