Greetings BFF of CT Friends,
I hope you all having a great summer with family and friends. The Fellowship’s Sunday morning gatherings will be returning to the College for East Asian Studies, Wesleyan University after our long summer recess, beginning on September 11, 2016. I am pleased to let you know our new schedule and start times.
IMPORTANT: Our Sunday practice activities, the adult Sunday gathering as well as our family practice will both start at 9 a.m.
On the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month, we will once again offer our classic Practice & Talk format that you all have been accustomed to experience and love over the years. However, it will begin at 9 a.m. and end around 10:30ish. Notably, we will no longer have the red “donation” box at the entrance but will once again pass around the donation bowl at the end of the gathering as we used to do over the many years.
On the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, we will have our Buddhist Family Practice but the start time will begin at 9 a.m. instead of 8:30 a.m. and finish up at 10 a.m.
On Mondays, the Buddhist 12 Step Group will still continue to meet at 7 p.m. at The Church of the Holy Trinity in Middletown.
Starting the Practice & Talk a little earlier will help us offer workshops and courses earlier in the morning rather than as we used to do so in the early afternoon. This new way will help you have more time on Sunday for family, chores, fun, and rest.

I am looking forward to seeing you starting on September 11th. I am excited to renew our practice and explore the Buddhist teachings.
See you then, — Senpai Daishin, Founding & Senior Teacher
