October 11, 2014
10 am – 12 noon
at the Buddhist Faith Fellowship in Middletown
Do you know that you own a tool that is free to use and that reduces stress, raises your endorphins and is fun to do? This workshop will introduce you to the benefits of chanting, show you how to use vowels to balance your energy and give you tools to use at home. We will participate in a toning circle at the end of the workshop. No singing experience needed.
This special workshop includes instruction on the background and practice of voice meditation, a teaching on chakras, and plenty of practical practice with our expert and compassionate voice meditation instructor, Juliane Cooley.
Preregistration is required.
