Winter Mindfulness Retreat – January 5th – Start 2020 Renewed!

Start 2020 right by resetting your mind with serenity and great compassion. Our Winter Mindfulness Retreat will take place at the beautiful College of East Asian Studies in Middletown, CT.  This 3-hour morning retreat can be a beginning anew experience for participants and will include: basic sitting meditation instruction, conscious breathing, sitting, walking, voice, and noble silence.

Retreat Time: from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
