BEGINNING ANEW – Welcome 2023 with Mindfulness & Peace

Attend, Practice & Rejuvenate

Start off 2023 with reflection, mindfulness, and spiritual renewal. Our annual beginning of the year practice, Beginning Anew, includes a New Year Prayer for universal compassion, love, and wisdom, and a special blessing offered by Rev. D. Senpai, M.A. Come and join us for this special Buddhist Practice & Talk so that your heart and mindset may be reset, refreshed, and peaceful for the coming year.

Our Practice & Talk meetings include meditation, sacred chants, incense offering, and so much more. Open to the general public, non-Buddhists, beginners, and veteran practitioners alike.

To join our meeting on Zoom, visit our main web site at www.bffct.org or click on the link below. Note: Zoom at the Center has been problematic. If living in Connecticut, it would be best to attend in person as to ensure not missing this meeting.
