Integrate the dharma with the natural world
We will meet in the main parking area (Tibetan flags). As customary, we begin with a 30 minute meditation and reading. We continue in Noble Silence for a one hour hike using the pond loop trail. Terrain is mostly level, with roots and rocks. We conclude at the pavilion with a potlunch lunch and inspired discussion.
Open to all: members, non-members, buddhists and non-buddhists
Free of charge.
Coordinator: Janine – Contact: 860 – 759-4081
Where are we meeting? You will see the group forming at park’s entrance by the parking lot. Janine is blond with curly hair with a set of multicolored Tibetan prayer flags.
