This 2.5-hour retreat offers a peaceful escape into mindfulness, introspection, and gentle contemplation amidst the seasonal beauty of the Shoyoan Tien Zen Garden. Pre-registration is required, and enrollment closes October 9th.

Guided by meditation teacher (Rev.) G.R.Lewis, M.A., participants of all backgrounds—from first-time practitioners to seasoned mindfulness students—will practice basic sitting meditation, walking meditation, and noble silence. This retreat focuses purely on human mindfulness practice, independent of any religious tradition, making it accessible for everyone seeking clarity, calm, and a deeper connection to the present moment.
