Come learn some simple and effective mindfulness techniques offered by Melissa Lewis, RN BSN.
Meditation has been shown to reduce stress and promote well-being. From beginner to seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to join this meditation circle. No previous meditation experience nor affiliation with any particular religion nor belief necessary. We will begin with a silent meditation seated in chairs, then shift to walking meditation, and conclude with a loving-kindness practice.
