Pause. Reflect. Renew.
Join us this Tuesday, for the Full Moon (Uposatha) Practice, a special monthly online gathering during the week of the full moon—to learn more see Meetup event—to spark a reset for body and mind while reconnecting with nature’s cycles through moon phases.
For 30 minutes, sink into quiet, unguided sitting conscious breathing meditation followed by a shared Metta and Dedication practices—a moment where we send out wishes of kindness, peace, and well-being to ourselves, the world, and dedicate our practice to other people, groups, living things, or causes, fostering calm and connection. Across cultures, the full moon has long been a beacon of clarity and renewal, and we’re honoring that energy this week—a natural moment to pause and realign. Our moon names draw from North American Indigenous and colonial traditions, rooting us in seasonal rhythms that have guided communities for ages (See our web page link below to learn more).
No matter your background, this is for you—30 minutes to tap into a timeless practice, feel the power of togetherness, and send out positive energy. It’s a simple, uplifting way to honor yourself and our planet, no beliefs needed.
