Metta extends goodwill, compassion, and kindness to ourselves and others, while Dedication lets us offer our practice’s benefits to a person, group, or cause, sending intentions of healing, peace, or support. Together, we’ll set an intention for peace in our lives and beyond, sending ripples of positivity into the world.
