What If Your Everyday Life Was Already the Path?
The difficult conversation you’ve been avoiding. The impatience that rises before you can stop it. The exhaustion of giving and giving and wondering if it matters. The quiet longing for something more meaningful, more awake, more alive.
What if none of that was separate from your spiritual practice?
What if all of it — every challenge, every relationship, every ordinary moment of your day — was precisely where the Bodhisattva Path unfolds?
🗓 2 Sessions: October 25 & November 8, 2026 🕕 6:00–8:00 PM Eastern | Live on Zoom 💵 $108 | Enrollment closes October 18
The Six Paramitas — generosity, ethics, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom — are the living heart of Mahayana Buddhism’s Bodhisattva Path. They are not abstract ideals or distant aspirations. They are practical, time-tested tools for transforming how you meet your life — your work, your relationships, your moments of struggle and joy — with greater clarity, compassion, and an increasingly open and awakened heart.
In just two richly engaging live sessions, guided by BFF’s Rev. G.R. Lewis, M.A. and drawing from The Six Paramitas by the revered Chan Master Sheng Yen, you will discover how each of the six perfections speaks directly and practically to the challenges and opportunities of your own everyday experience.
This is not Buddhism as philosophy. This is Buddhism as a way of living.
In this course you will explore:
🌸 Generosity (Dana) — giving without self-attachment ⚖️ Morality (Sila) — ethics as an expression of compassion 🌊 Patience (Ksanti) — meeting difficulty with wisdom rather than reaction 🔥 Diligence (Virya) — joyful, sustained effort on behalf of all beings 🧘 Meditation (Dhyana) — awareness that extends into every moment of daily life 💎 Wisdom (Prajna) — the crown that illuminates all other perfections
No prerequisites. Beginner friendly. Open to all — whether you are brand new to Buddhism or a longtime practitioner ready to go deeper. 🙏
