Day of Mindfulness – Online – Winter Session

Winter invites us to slow down, breathe, and rediscover what truly supports us. As the world grows quieter and the light softens, we’re reminded that rest, reflection, and inner warmth are essential forms of nourishment.

This Day of Mindfulness offers a warm refuge—a full day devoted to settling the heart, refreshing the mind, and cultivating presence right in the midst of everyday life. Designed to be experienced from home, this retreat provides clear guidance, a steady structure, and the supportive presence of community, all while allowing you to remain in your own familiar environment.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule in advance and will gather on Zoom only twice:

• 9:00 a.m. — Opening orientation
• 6:00 p.m. — Closing reflections

The remainder of the day unfolds through a sequence of at-home practices, including sitting meditation, mindful walking, quiet reflection, gentle embodied movement, and mindful pauses that help you move through the day with softness and clarity.

Whether you are seeking rest, steadiness, or simply a day to reconnect with yourself, this winter retreat offers a peaceful invitation to come home to presence—one breath, one moment at a time.
