Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated. Meditation Made Easy is a warm and accessible 5-session course designed to help you build a steady, enjoyable meditation practice that fits your real life. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refresh your practice, this course offers clear guidance, gentle structure, communal support, and meaningful exploration.
Rooted in practical Buddhist meditation methods, the course draws on themes from Happiness by Thich Nhat Hanh (the student reading text) and is led by Dharma Teacher G.R. Lewis, who brings 35 years of experience in meditation and mindfulness instruction.

Requirements
- Attend all five course sessions
- Attend Meditation & Talk Sundays at 9:00 a.m. (prior to class)
- Purchase the book, Happiness by Thich Nhat Hanh
- Complete the brief weekly reading assignments
- No prerequisites

$75 contribution for the full 5-session course
