Meditation Circle – Practice Session

Every 1st Tuesday of the month. Learn about and practice being in the present moment.

Beginners as well as seasoned practitioners from all traditions are welcome to join us for our meditation circle. We utilize a variety of meditation techniques and basic instruction is provided. We will close with a metta (loving kindness) practice. There is no charge for this event but contributions to support our work in the community will be gratefully accepted.
