What if deep rest wasn’t something you had to earn—but something you could simply receive?
This offering is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into a space of stillness, sound, and ease. Through a gentle and immersive sound bath, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest where the body can soften, the mind can settle, and something within can begin to restore itself naturally.
Join us on Saturday, June 6 at 6:00 p.m. for a 1.5-hour Sound Bath Healing Experience led by certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer Kris Emory. The session will take place in our meditation hall, overlooking the inspirational Shôyôan Teien Japanese Garden, adding to the tranquility and contemplative beauty of the evening. This offering also supports the ongoing life of our sangha. Your participation helps sustain BFF’s programs and the shared space we gather in.
Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, this immersive sound bath gently shifts your brainwaves into a restorative, meditative state. Many participants experience deep relaxation, emotional release, calmer breathing, and a renewed sense of clarity.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to sound healing, followed by a brief guided meditation that flows into the full sound bath immersion.
