Meditation Sunday Practice: Open to all

All are welcomed to this simple and revitalizing ancient practice. Come and practice sitting, walking, and voice meditation, and noble silence with Dharma Teacher Senpai Lewis-Bastias and his Associate Teachers.

This Sunday morning practice is strictly devoted to cultivate the mind without any talk.  You may practice any form of sitting meditation you feel comfortable with: zazen, vipassanna, shikantaza, etc. Zafu cushions and chairs are available, however you can bring your cushion if you wish. Wear causal but nice and comfortable clothing.

If you are new to meditation, we recommend that you visit the following web sites and try to practice a little at home before arriving. We will be offering an Intro to Meditation at 9:45 a.m. for beginners.
