Come join us for a morning of mindfulness, community, and the breathtaking beauty of autumn!

We’ll begin with sitting meditation by the lower falls (bring a foldable chair or something to place under your cushion), followed by a round of walking meditation. Afterward, enjoy a light hike and time to socialize on an easy, level trail surrounded by vibrant fall foliage. Dress appropriately and bring water if necessary. We’ll meet in the parking lot between 9:50 a.m. – 10 a.m. If you arrive late, look for the multicolored Tibetan flags and follow the path to the lower falls.
