Day of Mindfulness – Online At-Home Retreat – Spring

Spring invites us to open, breathe, and reconnect with what restores our hearts. As the days brighten and the world begins to renew itself, we’re offered a gentle reminder that clarity and calm are always within reach.

This Day of Mindfulness provides a spacious pause in the midst of ordinary life—an opportunity to refresh the mind, soften the body, and cultivate a sense of presence grounded in simplicity and ease. Designed to be experienced from home, this retreat offers guidance, structure, and the supportive presence of community, while allowing you to move through the day in your own familiar environment.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule beforehand and will gather on Zoom only twice:

  • 9:00 a.m. — Opening orientation
  • 6:00 p.m. — Closing reflections

The rest of the day unfolds through a thoughtfully designed at-home retreat schedule, including periods of sitting meditation, mindful walking, contemplative reading, gentle movement, and mindful breaks woven in to help you engage your surroundings with fresh awareness.
