Drawing from Pema Chödrön’s How We Live Is How We Die, Clear Light Meditation, and hospice insights, you’ll learn practical ways to face change, fear, and life’s transitions with compassion—not avoidance.Over 4 Wednesdays you’ll explore:
- Buddhist perspectives on the journey of life and death
- How daily habits shape end-of-life experience
- Skillful ways to meet fear, anxiety, and resistance
- Clear Light Meditation for mind preparation
- Contemplative tools for uncertainty
- Blending Buddhist wisdom with clinical end-of-life care
By the end you’ll gain:
- Clearer understanding of impermanence and death
- Practices to reduce fear and build inner peace
- Greater resilience in life’s changes
- Confidence for conversations about dying
