As winter invites us inward, step into a sanctuary of healing sound—where vibration, stillness, and deep rest help restore your whole being.

Join us on Saturday, January 17 at 6:00 p.m. for a 1.5-hour Sound Bath Healing Experience led by certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer Kris Emory. The session will take place in our meditation hall, overlooking the inspirational Shôyôan Teien Japanese Garden, adding to the tranquility and contemplative beauty of the evening.
Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, this immersive sound bath gently shifts your brainwaves into a restorative, meditative state. Many participants experience deep relaxation, emotional release, calmer breathing, and a renewed sense of clarity.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to sound healing, followed by a brief guided meditation that flows into the full sound bath immersion.

Yoga mats and chairs will be available for all participants.
