It will offer a comprehensive guide for living the Buddhist teachings that allows practitioners to flourish with happiness and well-being. Open to beginners and veteran practitioners who are looking for a refresher course. Limited enrollment.<\/p>\n<p>Students will learn how to practice mindfulness (sati) whether they are working, eating, parenting, driving, walking, or simply sitting and breathing, with the aim to fully enjoy life\u2019s gifts and to better cope with life\u2019s challenges wherever they are.
