On Saturday evening, June 7, 2026, BFF members, friends, and the public gathered at the center for a deeply relaxing Zen Sound Bath Experience led by Kris Emory. Held overlooking the inspirational Shoyoan Tien Zen Garden<\/em>, the evening invited participants into a space of stillness, mindfulness, and deep rest through the gentle sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other healing instruments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants shared wonderful feedback following the event. One person reported that she “fell into a deep rest,” while another remarked that his “stress and anxiety just melted away.” Many expressed appreciation for the peaceful atmosphere and the opportunity to pause, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thank you to Kris and everyone who joined us for this special evening. We look forward to offering another Zen Sound Bath Experience in the autumn of 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
