Our programs\u2014Meditation &amp; Talk Sundays, courses, retreats, and outdoor field trips\u2014are designed to be <strong data-start=\"464\" data-end=\"504\">accessible, engaging, and supportive<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"786\">There\u2019s no dress code, no previous experience needed, and no expectations beyond simply being yourself. You don\u2019t have to \u201cbe a Buddhist\u201d to participate\u2014just bring your curiosity, your heart, and your willingness to pause and reflect. Here, we like to say: <em data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"784\">You belong here.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1228\">People of all ages and walks of life, parents, students, young and old, professionals, and seekers, come together to practice, learn, and connect. We meet in person twice a month, with additional online sessions, so there are many opportunities to join and grow with the community. Our programs are designed to be practical, enjoyable, and transformative, helping you cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace in your everyday life.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1487\">The next step is simple: join us at a Meditation &amp; Talk Sunday, explore an online course, or attend a retreat.
