Includes basic instruction, practice, sharing, and Q &amp; A with teacher.<\/p>\n<p>Join Dharma Teacher Melissa Lewis on Tuesday evenings for a variety of meditation techniques and basic instruction. We will close with a metta (loving kindness) practice.
