Open to all and no experience necessary. You can pick up the class and practice at any time; a short review of the previous chapter(s) is always offered at the beginning of each class.<\/p>\n<p>The current book is the modern classic, <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">River of Fire, River of Water<\/span><\/strong> by Dr. Taitetsu Unno. Included in every session is a variety of short and basic meditation practices such as voice and sitting meditation.Open to all even if you don&#8217;t have the book; we guarantee you that you will learn something about Buddhism.
