What does it rely on to take control of our minds? How does it relate to the Buddha encounter with Mara in the enlightenment story. This talk will uncover the practices that will subdue or at least ameliorate the incessant critical voice that berates our shortcomings creating anxieties and fears. Presented by Rev. Senpai G. R.
