Come and practice sitting, walking, and voice meditation, and noble silence with Dharma Teacher Senpai Lewis-Bastias and his Associate Teachers.<\/p>\n<p>This Sunday morning practice is strictly devoted to cultivate the mind without any talk.\u00a0 You may practice any form of sitting meditation you feel comfortable with: zazen, vipassanna, shikantaza, etc. Zafu cushions and chairs are available, however you can bring your cushion if you wish. Wear causal but nice and comfortable clothing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you are new<\/strong> <strong>to meditation<\/strong>, we recommend that you visit the following web sites and try to practice a little at home before arriving.
