Practice the art of impartial present time awareness that calms the mind so your heart can open to true peace, interconnectedness, and gratitude. Beginners to the most advanced\u00a0are welcomed. Basic instruction will be given to beginners and to those who need a refresher lesson.<\/p>\n<p>Our one-day retreat\u00a0includes: sitting meditation walking meditation, qigong, voice meditation, noble silence, discussions, and a delicious Korean vegetarian lunch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retreat Time: <\/strong>from 9 a.m. to\u00a03:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intro to Meditation for Beginners:<\/strong> 8:30 a.m. (please be punctual)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arrival:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>8:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: \u00a0<em>Dae Yen Sa Temple,<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>19 Kinsey Road (off Route 202),\u00a0New Hartford, Connecticut<\/p>\n<p><strong>No prerequisites: <\/strong>For beginner to the most experienced<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donation: <\/strong>$60 for non-member, $40 for members<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration: <\/strong>Attendees must preregister.
