Limited Availablity<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Buddhism 101: The Basics &#8211; Module 1 &#8211; online course offers<strong> a welcoming introduction to the essential teachings<\/strong> of the Buddha and how they continue to guide people toward greater wisdom and inner peace today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed for beginners as well as those wishing to deepen their understanding, this course explores the life of the historical Buddha and the core insights that form the heart of Buddhist philosophy and practice. Together we will examine foundational teachings such as the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, karma, mindfulness, and the cultivation of compassion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than an intellectual overview, this course invites participants to explore how Buddhist wisdom can be applied to everyday life.
