Join us on Saturday, January 17 at 6:00 p.m.<\/strong> for a 1.5-hour Sound Bath Healing Experience<\/strong> led by certified Reiki Master and Sound Healer Kris Emory<\/strong>. The session will take place in our meditation hall, overlooking the inspirational Sh\u00f4y\u00f4an Teien Japanese Garden<\/strong>, adding to the tranquility and contemplative beauty of the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, this immersive sound bath gently shifts your brainwaves into a restorative, meditative state. Many participants experience deep relaxation, emotional release, calmer breathing, and a renewed sense of clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll begin with a short introduction to sound healing, followed by a brief guided meditation that flows into the full sound bath immersion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please bring a pillow or blanket if you\u2019d like extra support while lying down.
Yoga mats and chairs will be available for all participants.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
