Our Buddhist Philosophy & Spirituality Meetup gathers at Panera Bread, over breakfast, coffee, tea, twice a month**<\/strong>, at 1129 Silas Deane Highway<\/strong>, in Wethersfield, CT<\/strong>, and concurrently online via Zoom<\/strong>. \u00a0We offer a non-academic book discussion for those interested in discovering a way of life, happiness, and peace by reading about and discussing the theory and practice of classic Buddhist teachings blended with a modern Shin Buddhist approach. Our meeting does not include meditation or ritual practices. No experience with Buddhism is necessary to attend this meetup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week, we will be exploring the Rev. (Dr.) Taitetsu Unno\u2019s modern classic, \u201cRiver of Fire, River of Water<\/strong>\u201d.  Visit our Meetup or Facebook groups to learn about the chapter to be discussed; the chapter will be named in the title of the event\u2019s announcement.  Also, you can click on our Connect tab, to sign-up for our newsletter.  You don\u2019t need to read anything to attend and enjoy the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
