Senpai Lewis and Melissa will be talking the Buddhist Faith Fellowship to Cape Cod for a few days in June to share the dharma with the locals and to engage with members of the Clear Light Society. The itinerary will include visiting with local Cape Sangha in Hyannis and the Cape Cod Zen Center (Kwan Um School of Zen) in South Yarmouth. Senpai’s dharma talk will be Zen and Shin Integrated Practice.
In addition, Senpai will be meeting and practicing with members of the Clear Light Society in Sandwich. The meetings will plan this upcoming October workshops in Middletown, Connecticut and will train in end of life practices. Finally, Senpai and Melissa will be wearing their BFF t-shirts on the streets of Falmouth and Hyannis passing out fliers in order to introduce Shin Buddhism to the locals. It will be a busy 3 day outreach effort.
Senpai Lewis is also planning a short mission trip to southern Maine sometime in July, however, at this time there are not affirmative plans.
