All are welcomed to this simple and revitalizing ancient practice. Come and directly engage in sitting, walking, bowing, and voice meditation, in an atmosphere of noble silence with Dharma Teacher Senpai Lewis-Bastias or one of his Associate Teachers.

This Sunday morning meditation practice is strictly devoted in cultivating the mind and presence without any lecturing or discussion. You may practice any form of silent sitting meditation you feel comfortable with such as zazen, vipassana or shikantaza. Zafu cushions and chairs are available; however you can bring your cushion if you wish. Wear causal but nice and comfortable clothing.
