Do Less, Accomplish More

Walking the Buddhist path, there are four common habits that tend to debilitate our spiritual journey. The habits of fear, assumptions, distractions, and resistance often derail our ability to practice, and as a consequence make us do more while accomplishing less. Too often we mistakenly believe that doing less makes us lazy and results in a lack of productivity. Instead, doing less helps us appreciate what we do accomplish.

This talk and explore each of these habits and offer practical solutions of overcome them. Presented by Rev. Senpai G. R. Lewis.
